Thanks to all of you who attended our annual Crab Feast last weekend AND to everyone who made this special event happen. We devoured crab, disco danced, and donated lots of money to this worthy cause. In fact, we exceeded our fundraising goals — early estimates indicate we made more than $45,000! And we still have a few openings in our fantastic parties, so sign up for them at https://wgpab.ejoinme.org/parties_2017. Try your hand at British Pub Trivia, toast the Kentucky Derby, test your skills at the Raging Bullseye Dart Party, or choose one of the many other special events.

 

The money we earn goes directly to our thriving WGMS and WGHS band, choir, dance and drama programs. PAB has contributed to many exciting happenings this year: an Introduction-to-Music class in the sixth-grade wheel, $24,000 in new band instruments, and a new dance team coach. We are helping our new full-time high school drama teacher, Jodi Disario, build her program. Our dedicated high school band teacher, Kelly Walker, is working on creating a marching band here next year. The PAB continues to advocate and prepare for an improved high school theater, which the district is slated to build next year.

The Willow Glen Performing Arts Boosters invite you to our annual Crab Feast Dinner, Dance, and Auction. Ninety percent of the WGPAB’s funds are raised at this fun event to support the 700+ students participating in performing arts at Willow Glen Middle School and Willow Glen High School. We hope to see you there!

If you don’t like crab, we also have the option of ordering a chicken meal instead.
