Our only fund-raiser, the much-anticipated Annual Crab & Pasta Feast will take place on January 29, 2011. Last year, this event raised over $33,000 for the performing arts programs at Willow Glen Middle and High Schools. We are currently looking for corporate sponsorships, raffle and auction donations, food donations, and many helpers to help make this event a success. If you can help in any way, please contact one of our hard-working Crab Feast chairpersons: Dawn Talley at d1talley@yahoo.com , or Debbi Santina at dsantina@sbcglobal.net.
Become a Corporate Sponsor:
With 500+ people in attendance, many Willow Glen residents will see your financial support. Picture your corporate logo on wine and beer glasses that go home with each guest. Or, you may have your logo on Crab Feast bibs, placemats or coasters. Our corporate sponsorships also include Crab Feast tickets, and your name on our donor lists found in the Crab Feast Program and on our website. For details on our Corporate Sponsorship levels please see our Crab Feast Sponsorship Form.
Donate Raffle/Auction items:
Do you have a great idea for a themed raffle item? Can you solicit and pick up donations? Do you have a vacation place you can donate for a weekend? Can you donate any services, parties, etc? If you can help with our raffle and silent auction, please contact Joanie Schuller at JSchuller@scu.edu or Heather Giddens at mailbox@giddens-family.com.
Solicit Consumable Donations:
Most of our food and other perishable items are donated or discounted. We need people who can request donations/discounts and transport donated items. If you can help with consumable donations, please contact Dawn Talley at d1talley@yahoo.com.
