WG PERFORMING ARTS BOOSTERS (PAB)

Supporting Band, Choir, and Theater at WGMS/WGHS

Our Annual General Meeting will be on Tuesday May 6, 2025 6pm @ the WGMS Library. We will be presenting revised bylaws for membership discussion and approval. We will also be electing our 2025-2026 WGPAB board.

The Willow Glen Performing Arts Boosters elect new officers and board of directors each school year for the term of July 1st through June 30th. We will be holding our elections at our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 6pm in the WGMS Library. Click here to review the nominations slate for the 2025-2026 school year.

The WGPAB periodically reviews and updates our organizational bylaws to ensure they comply with current California state law and SJUSD School Connected Organizations (SCO) guidelines. We will be recommending changes to the bylaws at our upcoming Annual General Meeting being held on May 6, 2025 at 6pm in the WGMS Library. 

Highlight Key:

Green: These items are proposed changes to the bylaws that affect membership to our organization and thus must be approved by the general membership. 

Yellow: These items are proposed changes to the bylaws that will be discussed and approved in subsequent board meetings.
